Pay a 30% deposit to confirm the booking. We prepare the menu, banner and cup holders with your approval.
On the day, our truck serves at the site. The balance is paid on the event day unless agreed otherwise.

Payment
We accept PayPal and Wise for overseas clients. Both use the same payment email, which our team sends with your written estimate. The deposit is 30% of the total and the balance is due on the event day unless agreed otherwise. We never ask for card numbers in chat.
Response hours
09:00–21:00 KST (Asia/Seoul), every day. Outside these hours the AI replies first and our team follows up when they are back. Replies may be delayed while the team is at an event.
Event photos
Our on-site staff photograph the truck, banner and menu and email the photos to you on the event day. Photos of the artist are not guaranteed.
