How it works
Four checks, then the truck goes.

Date, region, headcount and the artist or event name are enough to start.
- 02Choose the menu and print items
We check serving time, drink choices, snacks, banners and the files needed for printing.
- 03Confirm the quote and payment
The final quote separates the menu, travel, preparation costs and VAT. Customers outside South Korea can pay by PayPal or Wise.
- 04We operate on site
The assigned team prepares the truck, serves the items and confirms what reached the set.

What you need to know before you book.
Can I book from outside South Korea?
Yes. You can check an estimate and send your event details by email or through the English AI chat. A Korean phone number and Kakao account are not required.
How early should I contact you?
Please contact us as soon as the filming or event date is available. A truck may still be available close to the date, but banners, printed items and menu preparation need extra time.
Can you make the banner and actor display?
One event banner is included. We can also prepare actor banners, stickers and other printed items. Send the approved photos and messages so we can check the format and production schedule.
What if the menu I want is not listed?
Ask us. Soyeon Lee holds Korea's national Craftsman Cook, Korean Food qualification and reviews menu requests against the headcount, serving time and site conditions before confirming what can be prepared.
Can filming schedules change?
Yes. Please send any change as soon as the production team confirms it. We will check the truck schedule, printing and preparation already completed before confirming the next step.
How can I pay from outside South Korea?
You can pay by PayPal or Wise. Use [email protected] for either service. We will confirm the amount to pay after the menu, date and final quote are approved.
