The request
So Ji-sub's fan club, Youngsosa, planned a support truck for the SBS drama Agent Kim Reactivated. We confirmed the filming location in Suncheon, the serving plan and the messages the fan club wanted delivered.
Menu and serving
Warm citron tea and chamomile tea were prepared for the actor. Coffee, drinks and individually packed snacks were served to the crew and staff. The team checked the prepared and remaining quantities during service so the items could reach the people on set.
Banners and details
The truck was dressed with Agent Kim Reactivated cup sleeves, a framed actor photo, support banners and a main banner that used a line from the drama. The sender and the person being supported were easy to recognise on site.
On the day
The filming schedule did not allow an in-person meeting with the actor. His manager later passed on a message of thanks, and we confirmed that the fan club's drinks, snacks and messages had reached the set.
